As a visual artist and architect, Seth is always looking for ways to integrate art and create what he calls “stages sets for a beautiful life.” Seth gravitates towards the challenge in leading the design and execution of complex projects and doesn’t shy away from aggressive timelines or constrained budgets. His notable commercial projects include 1100 Broadway and Uptown Station, both in Oakland.
